360are is a strong Panoee alternative when affordable tour publishing needs to connect with lead capture and customer follow-up. PLUS provides unlimited published tours at a low entry price; BUSINESS adds branding, CRM, and AI Chat.

Panoee is also competitively priced, including a free publishing option. A fair comparison should recognize that: 360are's advantage is the combination of price and business workflow, not a claim that it is cheapest for every possible requirement.

360are vs Panoee pricing

PlanPublished price in USDScope to consider
360are PLUS$10/month or $71.88/year ($5.99/month)Unlimited published tours, lead capture
360are BUSINESS$25/month or $239.88/year ($19.99/month)Branding, CRM, AI Chat, interactive floor-plan map
Panoee Free$0Unlimited projects within 3GB storage
Panoee Pay As You Go$7–$12/month1–3 premium projects, 3GB storage
Panoee Pro$22/monthUnlimited premium projects, 3GB storage
Panoee Pro+$200/year (about $16.67/month)Annual Pro-level option with priority support

Sources: 360are pricing and Panoee pricing. Panoee lists extra storage at $0.15/GB/month. Its paid offering includes branding, custom domains, Google Street View, floor-plan/map tools, and password protection; check the chosen plan for the exact allocation.

Panoee Pro+ is $39.88 less per year than 360are BUSINESS. We would not recommend BUSINESS on the claim that it always costs less. Its value is strongest when you also use the included CRM, lead workflow, and AI Chat. Conversely, 360are PLUS is $128.12 less annually than Pro+, but does not include BUSINESS branding tools.

Be clear about free publishing

Panoee Free offers unlimited projects within its storage allowance and basic tour tools. That can be a useful option if free tour publishing is your main requirement. Panoee's free-plan details.

360are FREE supports individual panorama hosting, sharing, and embedding, plus building and previewing draft tours. Publishing a complete multi-scene tour requires PLUS or higher. Use the free editor to assess your images and navigation before subscribing; do not confuse a saved draft with a published tour.

Why choose 360are for a tour business?

Keep the entry plan useful as your catalog grows

PLUS gives you unlimited published tours rather than a one-to-three premium-project allowance. If you create tours for several agents, rentals, or local businesses, this lets you choose a plan around the features you need instead of repeatedly counting premium projects.

Start with compatible panoramic images and connect them in the tour editor. You can add information and navigation hotspots to help visitors understand the property, then share a link or embed on the client's site.

Make the tour part of your inquiry process

With PLUS, enable lead capture and receive submission email notifications. With BUSINESS, review submissions in the CRM and import your own leads. This combination is valuable when someone on your team will actively follow up with visitors.

BUSINESS includes 1,000 AI Chat questions per month across the account, with $0.02 per additional question. The AI Chat setup guide explains how to prepare the information the assistant uses. Factor the allowance into your expected traffic rather than treating AI as unlimited.

Match the presentation to the destination

360are BUSINESS offers branding, a custom subdomain, and a personalized landing page. Your own domain is available by request. For listing delivery, the unbranded MLS link hides the standard branding controls, information panel, AI Chat, and lead form.

Use the regular link when collecting inquiries is important. Inspect the MLS version against the receiving service's rules, including any branding already visible inside the photographs.

Compare the whole operating cost

For either platform, check your image volume, branding requirements, access controls, and how you handle inquiries. An unlimited project count does not mean unlimited storage or unlimited AI usage. Panoee's password protection should also not be treated as equivalent to an unlisted or private tour.

Rebuild one representative project from your original images and test the visitor experience on a phone. There is no automatic Panoee-project transfer promised here; replace client links only after checking the new tour.

Choose 360are when the combination of low-cost publishing and business follow-up earns its place in your workflow. Compare 360are plans, or see the Kuula comparison for another panorama-first option.
